Denis P. Kelleher, Director

Mr. Kelleher is GWA’s major shareholder and a Director of the company. In 1981, Mr. Kelleher founded Wall Street Access Limited, a NYSE member firm, of which he is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kelleher has over 40 years of experience in the securities industry and is Chairman of the Board of St. John's University, New York. Mr. Kelleher is a graduate of St. Brendans College and of St. John's University. 

Nassos Michas, Chairman

GWA’s chairman Mr. Nassos Michas is based in New York and is actively involved in the strategic management of GWA.  Mr. Michas was with Merrill Lynch for 27 years and served as Senior Vice President and Chief International Executive. In his final post he was Chairman of Merrill Lynch Banks Division, implementing their global banking strategy. Mr. Michas holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, is a graduate of the University of California at Berkley and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst.

David Morris, Founder and CEO

David Morris, Founder and CEO, began his career in economic development in Africa with the Canadian government. He then spent 15 years in Treasury and Corporate Development with Xerox Canada and Campbell Soup, before coming to London. In 1992 he set up a pension consultancy, and by 1996 developed the first wealth weighted portfolio for EAFE, Emerging Markets and Topix. In 2003 Mr. Morris incorporated GWA and launched the first series of wealth weighted indices globally.  Mr. Morris holds a M.A in Economics from York University, Toronto, a B.A. from Bishop’s University, Quebec, and is a Level II Certified General Accountant.

Tony Sutton, Managing Director Asia Pacific

Tony joined GWA in 2006 as Head of Research. His responsibilities include maintaining and analysing our live portfolios in addition to further product development. Prior to joining GWA Tony worked for five years at Goldman Sachs JBWere in Australia, where he was a member of their highly rated, client focused, quantitative equity research team, servicing large institutional fund managers globally.  He has extensive experience in company accounting, financial reporting and database management. Tony graduated with distinction from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Finance and Actuarial studies.  His dissertation focused on Interest Rate risk and implications for hedging strategies.

Solomon Kahn, Vice President

Solomon began working with GWA in 2008 as Vice President, and is in charge of the GWA US office. Solomon joined GWA from the Asset Management division of Wall Street Access. Solomon graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research. Solomon has passed all three levels of the CFA examination, and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
